Online Therapy in North Carolina
Online therapy for adults across North Carolina seeking support with attachment, trauma, and relationship patterns
Do you find yourself feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection, even when you try to work through it on your own?
You might notice these patterns showing up in your relationships, your emotions, or how safe it feels to slow down and be present with yourself.
Or things feel manageable on the surface, but underneath there is a sense that something is not fully settled.
You are not imagining it.
These experiences are not random.
With the right support, they can begin to shift.
Online therapy can support you in understanding and shifting patterns that may feel difficult to change on your own, especially when they are rooted in attachment, trauma, or past experiences.
You may find yourself seeking support for:
Relationship anxiety, overthinking, or needing reassurance in connection
Emotional disconnection, shutdown, or difficulty accessing your feelings
Trauma-related responses such as overwhelm, reactivity, or feeling constantly on edge
Patterns of self-sabotage or repeating dynamics in relationships
Difficulty trusting others, setting boundaries, or feeling safe being fully known
Navigating identity, sense of self, or feeling unsure of what you need or want
Internal experiences of shame, self-doubt, or feeling like you are “too much” or “not enough”
Feeling stuck between wanting closeness and pulling away when things start to feel real
These experiences are not random. They are often shaped by how safety, connection, and support were experienced over time, and they can begin to shift with the right support.
What Online Therapy Can Help With
Online therapy allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space, without the need to commute. Sessions are held through a secure video platform, making therapy more accessible and easier to integrate into your daily life.
I work with adults across North Carolina who are looking for deeper, more meaningful change, not just short-term coping.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, or relational stress that are difficult to shift on their own.
In our work together, we focus on:
Understanding attachment patterns and how they show up in your relationships
Exploring how past experiences continue to shape your emotional responses
Building emotional safety and regulation within your nervous system
Creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and others
Moving at a pace that feels manageable, collaborative, and grounded

About Your Therapist
Mina Rasti, MA, LCMHC, NCC
Hi, I’m Mina.
I provide online therapy for adults across North Carolina who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection, especially when those patterns continue to show up despite insight or effort to manage them.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves caught in patterns within their relationships or internal experiences that feel difficult to shift on their own.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in emotional safety. In attachment and trauma-informed therapy, we move at a pace that feels manageable while gently exploring what your system has been holding, with the goal of helping you feel more steady, connected, and clear within yourself and your relationships.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. We can make sense of it together.
