Online Therapy in South Carolina

Online therapy for adults across South Carolina seeking support with trauma, attachment, and relationship patterns

Do you feel stuck in patterns that are hard to explain, even when you have tried to work through them on your own?

You might notice emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or recurring challenges in your relationships.

Or there is a sense that something deeper is driving your reactions, even if you cannot fully name it.

You are not imagining it.

These experiences are not random.

With the right support, they can begin to shift.

Online therapy can support you in understanding and working through patterns connected to trauma, attachment, and emotional safety, especially when those patterns feel difficult to change on your own.

You may be navigating:

  • Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or feeling constantly on edge

  • Emotional numbness, shutdown, or disconnection from yourself

  • Relationship patterns that leave you feeling uncertain, guarded, or unseen

  • Difficulty trusting others or feeling safe in connection

  • People-pleasing, boundary challenges, or fear of conflict

  • The lingering effects of past experiences that continue to shape your reactions

  • A sense of being stuck, even when you have insight into your patterns

  • Wanting deeper connection while also feeling the urge to withdraw

These experiences are often rooted in how safety and connection were experienced over time, and they can begin to shift with consistent, supportive work.

I work with adults across South Carolina who are looking to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change in how they experience emotions, relationships, and connection.

Many of the people I work with are insightful and reflective, but still feel caught in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, or relational stress that are difficult to shift on their own.

In our work together, we focus on:

  • Understanding attachment and relational patterns

  • Exploring how past experiences continue to influence present responses

  • Building emotional safety and regulation

About Your Therapist

Mina Rasti, MA, LCMHC, NCC

Hi, I’m Mina.

I provide online therapy for adults across South Carolina who are navigating patterns of emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or relational stress that feel difficult to understand or change on their own.

Many of the people I work with are reflective and self-aware, but still feel stuck in patterns that continue to impact how they experience relationships, emotions, and connection.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in emotional safety. In attachment and trauma-informed therapy, we move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable, while gently working with the patterns and responses that have developed over time.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. We can make sense of it together.
